sdm660-common: Add vendor framework detect modules to PRODUCT_PACKAGES 
Add JNI and libqti_vndfwk_detect module name to product_packages
to specify module to be installed to device. Here explicitly
specify both the core and vendor variant in PRODUCT_PACKAGES.

sdm660-common: audio: Add "Built-In (Back) Mic" to "primary input" sink 
* That way video recording apps will choose
  16-bit PCM by default instead of 24-bit
  one which happens to have quite low volume
  on this device.

sdm660: Return oreo fingerprint from walleye 
Tnx Google, now pie fingerprint failed cts, now it check yet date security patch.
But old oreo prop pass normal without change security patch date.

This reverts commit dca62446a9027b02502a5b1372b302f40e3d9d69.

sdm660: init.qcom.rc: remove interface line from hostapd_fst 
The interface line in hostapd_fst is the same as the
default hostapd service and this can cause the lazy
HAL mechanism to start hostapd_fst instead of the
default hostapd, causing various errors.
This change only fixes the errors with default hostapd
operation. In order to fix FST feature with hostapd_fst,
additional changes are needed such as making it use
the default hostapd service and adding sepolicy rules
to support it.
