Michael Bestas 6dfe4bff76 sdm660-common: Enable HidDeviceService ... * Turns out component-overrides doesn't handle the case where a feature is enabled in config.xml but disabled in overrides. Explicitly disabling HidDeviceService causes bluetooth to time out while turning on and stuck in a crash loop.
