2284a004cb sdm660_64: Add flag for configfs 
Updated the commandline to indicate that this
build uses configfs. Without this change usb
wont enumerate in recovery mode for configfs
based builds.

0810f45824 Support the combinations of A/B and split. 
This change introduces compile time flags based on
which we can build combinations of A/B and split features.
Based on the flags, appropriate settings are done in mk files,
and appropriate fstab.qcom/recovery.fstab are picked.

73c963fb24 sdm660_64: Enable HWC2, Enable gralloc1, Add graphics HALs. 
Add allocator, mapper and composer HALs.
This relies on TARGET_USES_HWC2 and TARGET_USES_GRALLOC1 being
enabled.
